1.以中标总金额为准，100万元(含)以下按1.5%；100万元-500万元的部分按 1.1%；500万元-1000万元的部分按0.8%，按差额定率累进法计算后收取。中标供应商为中小企业的，符合中小企业政策规定且资料提供完整的企业，中标后可享受服务费下浮10%的优惠。2.招标代理服务费收取方式：中标供应商应在领取中标通知书的同时按规定的标准一次性向采购代理机构缴清招标代理服务费。招标代理服务费以银行转账、电汇、汇票或现金等付款方式。 3.因供应商自身原因导致最终无法承接项目的，代理服务费不予退还。
