对西坑河主干流及3条支流进行水质治理及生态修复，水域面积约17000平方米；支流整治总长约2.1公里，水域面积约11000平方米。主要建设内容为控源截污并增设处理设施、内源治理（清淤、复氧曝气系统安装）及运维服务等。

签订合同2个月内完成前期建设服务、工程建设、设备安装调试，建设完工、水质达标后运营维护期2年。

项目运维服务期内，按照质量管理程序严格执行，对水体水质进行日常运营维护，生态系统平衡调节，保证水体生态系统长期稳定。一旦水体生态系统出现异常，按照既定流程及时响应，做到预防为主，积极发现问题，及时处理。
